Douglas Lake - August 3rd

We had Tracy Sayre and his family out and caught over 50 between Joel and Larry's boat. There were six people in the group and everybody caught, so that made the trip.

Most of the fish were caught 8-15 ft using finesse.
Water temp 89 degres
Time 6pm-12pm

Douglas Lake - July 15th Fishing Report

I was out on Douglas lake, Thursday July 15th, with two friends of mine.

We fished a point and small rocky bank about 200 yds. long for about 4hrs. The fish were stacked on this bank. When we quit about midnite we had 58 bass, not counting about 25 we had on and lost.

Just a great nite of fishing.

Douglas Lake report, May 26th, 2010

Douglas lake fishing reprt for May 26.

Full moon, no wind clear skies.

Fish were biting a finesse worm really good. We had 53 bass with 1 that was 7lb., sorry no pics as batteries were dead.

We had several fish in the 3 1/2 to 4 lb. range.

Cherokee Lake Fishing Report 5-15-2010

Saturday, May 15; water clear, water temperature 75 degrees, cloudy early then clears skies with temperature of 85 degrees. Fish hitting a buzzbait early. I had about 15 on a buzzbait. When the sun came out, I went to a worm and had 18 bass, with one about 7 lbs.

Douglas Lake, May 6th, water temp. 74 degrees, water clear, winds light.

Had 2 guys out, Chris and David who were home from Afgahanistan. They caught 42 bass, with several in the 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. range.

Caught all on a carolina rig lizard.

Cherokee Lake, May 3rd.

May 3rd.

Cherokee Lake, water temp. 72 degrees, with light winds.

A friend and I caught 42 bass in about 4 hours on buzz baits and a texas rig worm. Had 2 about 4 1/2 lbs. and 8 to 10 bass in the 2 to 3 1/2 lb range.

April 29th

Douglas Lake, water temp thurs.morning 64.5 degrees that afternoon temp was 71,winds about 10mph.

Me and a friend caught 36 bass with the big one being about 4lb. All on a carolina rig lizard.

Douglas Lake

Water temp 66 degrees, winds 25mph with gusts to over 40.

Had 3 guys from Ohio and we caught 26 bass with the big one being about 3 1/2 lbs. Caught on a carolina rig lizard.
